From a concrete vision to excellent results

You can see our main three services below, as also described in the how section. First of all, we can help you by taking a look at the current situation and business priorities. After these discussions and interviews, we can run a series of workshops to clarify the way forward. And thirdly, we can support you in getting a grip of specific projects critical for your digital program.

When working together with you, we will run interviews, discussions and workshops. We will ask questions but not come with direct solutions. You can find some frameworks in what follows, but they are there only to guide the dialogue and thinking. We are also fully technology neutral and supplier independent. This is to ensure full value to you.

In the following, you can find a brief description of a few approaches that we can use to clarify the direction of your digital program. We will try to keep the vision and targets simple, hence you will find quite easy-going pictures also in the following. When helping you to execute the program, we will refer back to target setting and revise it if necessary.

When managing projects and tasks within your digital road map, there will be many details and sometimes complexity too. We can help your people fix problems by focusing on the true needs of users and customers. This will lead to good solutions, ensure project progress and give the maximum business benefit.

Target map

With management interviews and a dedicated workshop, we can clarify where you want to take your business and how digitization is expected to enable or drive this. We will crystallize your ambitions in a target map depicted above.

Typically, the focus areas of development have to do with people, processes and customers: where are you now and where do you want to be? We will also identify important moves enabling such a change, and at the top, we will place your business goals.

Operation map

With user interviews and a dedicated workshop, we can identify the core operations in which your people and customers need to be digitally effective. We call this the operation map and it is shown above. This map will be brought further by defining the functional criteria for each main operation, generating a clear specification of your needs to be solved by the supplier.

We will keep things simple by outlining what your Service process is all about, what your People need in their internal dialogue, and what your Customers need to connect with you. In addition, we will take a look at the Base infrastructure as well as your Future vision of a great digital working place: which bottle necks have disappeared and completely new possibilities emerged?

We have applied the operation map in many workshops to form the big picture together with management and experts. After this, the more exact functional needs and details have been successfully specified. By keeping the operation map simple and still concrete, it is easy to understand and communicate a clear story line for the new digitized ways of working.

Road map

Based on preceding discussions and workshops, we can set up a road map for your digital program, as exemplified above. It will consist of clear tasks and key projects that are directly related to digitizing the operations and reaching the business targets.

In the above example, three main entities would be built to make the organization digitally social in the internal dialogue, digitally mobile and effective in serving the customers, and digitally attractive to the market. All tasks and projects would be directed to accomplishing the above-mentioned three targets in due time.

Your digital road map is foreseen to include technology and data driven elements but also proactive efforts to prepare people for new ways of working. Indeed, it is the human aspect that is typically more demanding, hence strong leadership and ownership are crucial for executing your digital program. We are there to support you in all of this too.

Wave of change

Digital ways of working open new channels to do good business. We see this as a cultural development path where the organization learns to use technology to promote its future success.

From this evolutionary perspective, it is of interest to evaluate the current situation. Therefore, we would like to invite you and your team to ask yourself the following questions:

  • Social – are we culturally ready for the digital time?

  • Effective – do we have the best tools for the professionals?

  • Strong – are we serious about our digital partnerships?

  • Attractive – does the market value us as a front runner?

  • Intelligent – do we all promote our future success?

We believe in a change where people are enabled to give their best, instead of seeing the change as a top-down-driven implementation. The key decisions have to be made by a small core team that can communicates the direction with inspiration and an open dialogue.

We look forward to finding the best ways also for you to get digitally social, effective, strong, attractive and intelligent. Let’s form such a wave of change with the right technology and the people on board.
